Description

A bottle of Tullibardine 1973, matured in ex sherry hogsheads, and bottled in 2004.

Tullibardine was built in 1949 on the site of Gleneagles brewery, by the famous distillery designer William Delme-Evans. After changing hands several times, the distillery was mothballed in 1994 and remained closed until 2003, when a consortium of investors purchased the distillery for £1.1m and brought it back into operation.
