Bottle Auction

A distillery only bottle of Glengoyne Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was matured in first fill oloroso casks and bottled as a part of the Teapot Dram Series.

The label reads: Until the 1970s, Glengoyne workers enjoyed a thrice-daily dram that flowed from a bashed copper teapot in the distillery canteen. Recreated by men with vague recollection of those days, our tribute swathes of red apples, demerara sugar and Tangy Seville Marmalade.

This is bottle number 3114 of 3993; it was bottled from batch number 007.

Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note general wear.

However, please note the absence of a condition statement does not imply that this lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing. Older bottles often contain small amounts of sediment. We cannot guarantee that the contents of this bottle will be free from the effects of age, cork taint, oxidation or other faults.
