The first multi-vintage Karuizawa in the Noh range, as selected by La Maison du Whisky.

A vatting of whisky distilled in the years 1981, 1982, 1983 and 1984, bottled in 2011 from sherry and bourbon casks 6405, 4973, 8184, 6437 at 59.1% abv.

The youngest whisky in this limited release is 27 Year Old.

Karuizawa was founded in 1955 and was Japan’s smallest whisky distillery. In 1959, they became the first distillery to export whisky overseas. Sadly, Karuizawa distillery stopped production in 2000 and closed for good in 2011.
