Returns and Cancellation

If you're unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund, but you'll need to email or call us within 14 days of receiving your items in order to let us know.

In addition, lots need to be returned to us in the same condition as you received them within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return them (please note that you will be responsible for any postage/shipping costs).

Damaged Items

If your items are damaged, you must contact us immediately.

Proof of the damage must also be provided. We will need to see photos of the damaged items, including a photo of the bottle seal.
