The seventh edition in the series of the Work in Progress whiskies from Kilkerran, the name for whiskies made at Glengyle distillery. This was matured in sherry oak.
Kilkerran is the name of the single malt produced at Glengyle distillery which reopened in 2004 after being closed for more than 80 years. The name is derived from the Gaelic 'Ceann Loch Cille Chiarain' which is the name of the original settlement where Saint Kieran had his religious cell, and Campbeltown now stands.
