A bottle of St Magdalene 1981 Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of the Connoisseurs Choice series. The bottling code indicates this was bottled in 1997.

St Magdalene (also known as Linlithgow) was a Lowland distillery that operated for over 200 years before closing in 1983. Since then, it has become one of the most lamented lost distilleries and its whiskies are highly sought-after.
