Description

A bottle of Suntory Old Whisky, a blended whisky from Japan. This edition was released to celebrate the Chinese zodiac Year of the Pig which began on 5 February 2019 and ended on 25 January 2020.

This edition is significant in Japan as 2019 was the last year of Emperor Akihito's Heisei era and the first year of the imperial Reiwa era.

This blend was first produced in the 1940s and remained one of Japan's most popular whiskies until the 1980s, when single malts became more prestigious.
