Description

A bottle of Pagès Verveine du Velay liqueur. This was produced and bottled in Italy by Sipla, we estimate in the 1970s to 1980s.

Verveine du Velay is a herbal liqueur made from a recipe of 32 plants, including lemon verbena, nutmeg and juniper. The ingredients are macerated in alcohol for around eight months before distillation in a copper potstill and ageing in oak casks.
