A 1972 vintage whisky bottled by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The label commemorates the acquisition of Affinity Healthcare by Duke Street Capital in 2004.

This was distilled at Clynelish distillery in November 1972, matured in a single cask for 31 years and bottled at 58.7% ABV.

The label reads:
