Description

A bottle of Clacquesin Goudron Hygiènique from France. This liqueur is made with Norwegian pine tar and herbs, and was first created in 1860 by French pharmacist Paul Clacquesin. We estimate this was bottled after 1919 but prior to 1942, when production was stopped due to World War II.

Please note there is no size or ABV stated on the labels, but it appears to be a 100cl bottle.

This Clacquesin Goudron Hygienique sold at our online auction for £250

Older bottles often contain small amounts of sediment. We cannot guarantee that the contents of this bottle will be free from the effects of age, cork taint, oxidation or other faults.

This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
