A bottle of Highland Park 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was distilled in 1966 and matured in two casks which were blended and bottled in the summer of 1978 by Averys, Bristol.

This was imported for Corti Brothers by Marshall Taylor Limited, California.

This bottle is signed by Narsai M David, founder of Narsai's Restaurant, Kensington.

Narsai David collaborated with Darrell Corti to create their range of independently bottled spirits. In the late 1970s Narsai David visited Avery’s in Bristol, England to taste whiskies. The samples he brought back to the United States became the first whiskies released by Corti Bros in 1978. The pair worked closely together on many subsequent releases.
