A bottle of FEW Bourbon Whiskey, distilled from three grains and matured in charred barrels for less than four years.
This is bottle number 1; this was bottled from batch number 11 - 0066.
For nearly 100 years, Evanston, Illinois, was the home of the Temperance movement and alcohol was prohibited. FEW helped overturn the outdated prohibition laws and became the first grain distillery in within the city limits. The distillery was named after Frances Elizabeth Willard, a temperance campaigner.
