A bottle of Highland Park 12 Year Old, Saint Magnus of Orkney Edition Two. This was bottled in 2010 from casks of whisky distilled in 1998 and earlier years. This is presented in a hand blown bottle with presentation box.
This is one of 11994 bottles.
The history of Highland Park distillery is shrouded in mystery. It was built on the remote island of Orkney in 1798 by farmer David Robertson, or the site of an old bothy of the priest turned whisky smuggler Magnus Eunson.
The first single malts were released in the 1970s and the distillery has become known for its use of Orcadian peat to dry the barley (lighter than mainland or Islay peat) and sherry casks for maturation.
Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note wear to the box.

Older bottles often contain small amounts of sediment. We cannot guarantee that the contents of this bottle will be free from the effects of age, cork taint, oxidation or other faults.
This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
