Description

A bottle of Talisker 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was bottled at 54.2% ABV for Diageo's Special Releases in 2006.

This is bottle number 0818 of 4860.

Talisker was founded in 1830 by Hugh MacAskill and is the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye. The Scottish poet Robert Louis Stevenson described it as 'the king o' drinks', and it is known for its powerful peat smoke and maritime character.
