Description

A litre bottle of Talisker 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, with the label featuring a map of the Isle of Skye. We estimate this was bottled in the 1990s.

Talisker was founded in 1830 by Hugh MacAskill and is the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye. The Scottish poet Robert Louis Stevenson described it as 'the king o' drinks', and it is known for its powerful peat smoke and maritime character.
