A bottle of Bladnoch 23 Year Old. This was distilled in 1977 and bottled in October 2001 as part of Diageo's now-discontinued Rare Malts Selection.

This is bottle number 1882.

Bladnoch is a Lowland distillery with a tumultuous past, changing hands and being mothballed several times since its foundation in 1817. Today, it is owned by Australian entrepreneur David Prior and production resumed in spring 2017.
