Description

A bottle of Glen Albyn single malt Scotch whisky. This was distilled in 1968 and bottled in 1991 by Gordon & MacPhail as part of the Connoisseurs Choice series.

Glen Albyn was founded in 1846 by James Sutherland, a local landowner and mayor of Inverness. After a turbulent history, including time spent as a US naval base for mine manufacturing, Glen Albyn closed for good in 1983 and was demolished a few years later.

This Glen Albyn 1968 sold at our online auction for £240
