Description

A bottle of Talisker 25 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky, the island representative in Diageo's Classic Malts of Scotland range.

This is bottle number 1485 of 5772.

The Classic Malts of Scotland is a selection of six single malt whiskies first marketed together in 1988 by UDV (now owned by Diageo). Talisker represents the Island region of Scotland.

Talisker was founded in 1830 by Hugh MacAskill and is the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye. The Scottish poet Robert Louis Stevenson described it as 'the king o' drinks', and it is known for its powerful peat smoke and maritime character.
