A bottle of Talisker single malt Scotch whisky presented in a wooden box. This was distilled in 1960 at Talisker distillery on the Isle of Skye, and bottled in 1979 by Berry Bros & Rudd.
Berry Bros & Rudd is Britain's oldest wine and spirits merchant, and one of the oldest family-run companies in the UK. It can trace its origins back to 1698, when the Widow Bourne established a shop opposite St James's Palace. Although the company now has offices around the world, the present generations of Berrys and Rudds continue to manage the business from Number Three, the original shop on St James's Street.
