A bottle of Green River Straight bourbon whiskey, produced by Green River Distilling Co., Distillers, Second District Kentucky. The tax strip states that this was made in Spring 1910, and bottled in Spring 1916.

The back label reads: Green River The Whiskey without a headache has been used for eighteen consecutive years in the United States Marine Hospital Service.
