Description

A bottle of Fettercairn Fior, this was first released in 2010.

Fior means 'pure' or 'true' in Gaelic.

Fettercairn distillery was founded in 1825 by local landowner Sir Alexander Ramsay and is set in the foothills of the Cairngorm Mountains. The distillery was sold just five years later to Sir John Gladstone, father of British Prime Minister William Gladstone. During his time in office, Gladstone passed legislation to reduce tax on whisky.

This Fettercairn Fior sold at our online auction for £30
