Description

A bottle of Talisker 21 Year Old single Island malt whisky, bottled by independent bottler Cadenhead's. We estimate this was bottled in the 1980s.

This is bottle number 17 of 30.

Talisker was founded in 1830 by Hugh MacAskill and is the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye. The Scottish poet Robert Louis Stevenson described it as 'the king o' drinks', and it is known for its powerful peat smoke and maritime character.
