Description

The A D Rattray Octave Project features whiskies from a single distillery, each with a different cask finish. The special 50 litre Octave casks were specially commissioned and are made with staves taken from larger casks. This set comes from Pulteney Distillery, and includes the original Bourbon cask expression for comparison:

1 x Pulteney 9 Year Old, Original Bourbon Barrel, 3cl, 58.9% ABV

1 x Pulteney 10 Year Old, PX Sherry Octave Finish, 3cl, 57.5% ABV

1 x Pulteney 10 Year Old, Oloroso Sherry Octave Finish, 3cl, 56% ABV

1 x Pulteney 10 Year Old, Rioja Octave Finish, 3cl, 57.1% ABV

1 x Pulteney 10 Year Old, Rum Octave Finish, 3cl, 55.8% ABV
