Description

A bottle of Edradour Ballechin 12 Year Old. This was distilled on 15 August 2005, matured in a first fill sherry hogshead, and bottled on 19 July 2018 by Signatory Vintage for the The Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This whisky was selected for the whiskybarrel.com.

This is one of 291 bottles; it was bottled from cask number 160.

Edradour was founded in 1825 and was once Scotland's smallest distillery, employing just three staff and producing fewer than 20 casks of whisky per week.
