Description

A litre bottle of Bisleri Ferro-China liqueur produced at distilleria S Giuseppe Sarmagniola and bottled at 25% ABV. We estimate this was bottled between 1933 and 1944.

This was created by Felice Bislieri, who in addition to making liqueurs was a pharmacist and a freedom fighter under Garibaldi. It is an alcohol infusion with cinchona bark, herbs and iron salts.
