Description

A limited edition bottle of Talisker 20 Year Old. This was distilled in 1981, matured in sherry casks for 20 year, and bottled at cask strength in 2002.

This is bottle number 1181 of 9000.

Talisker was founded in 1830 by Hugh MacAskill and is the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye. The Scottish poet Robert Louis Stevenson described it as 'the king o' drinks', and it is known for its powerful peat smoke and maritime character.

Condition
