A bottle of AnCnoc Cutter, produced at Knockdhu distillery.
This is named after the Cutter, the hand tool used to cut peat from drier, shallower bogs, this is peated to 20.5ppm.
The Knockdhu distillery closed in 1983 and when production resumed in 1989 the owners decided to rename the whisky AnCnoc (Gaelic for 'The Hill') to avoid confusion with Knockando.
