A bottle of Linlithgow 23 Year Old from Duncan Taylor's Rarest of the Rare series, which exclusively features cask strength single cask whiskies from distilleries which no longer exist.

Linlithgow (also known as St Magdalene) was a Lowland distillery that operated for over 200 years before closing in 1983. Since then, it has become one of the most lamented lost distilleries and its whiskies are highly sought-after.

This was distilled in October 1982 and bottled in February 2006.

This is bottle number 176 of 282; it was bottled from cask number 2204.
