Description

A bottle of Glen Albyn 32 Year Old. This was distilled on 19 April 1974, matured in a single hogshead, and bottled on 21 March 2007 by Signatory Vintage as a part of the Cask Strength Collection series.

This is bottle number 201 of 215; it was bottled from cask number 1594.

Glen Albyn was founded in 1846 by James Sutherland, a local landowner and mayor of Inverness. After a turbulent history, including time spent as a US naval base for mine production during WWI, Glen Albyn closed for good in 1983, and was demolished a few years later.
