Description

A 2004 vintage whisky from Arran, produced from Bere barley, the oldest cultivated barley strain used in Scotland, as a collaboration with the Agronomy Institute of Orkney College. It hasn't been used for whisky making since the middle of the 19th century and is not widely grown, with this whisky's raw materials coming from Orkney.
