A bottle of 1985 Talisker 27 Year Old. This was matured in a refill bourbon cask and bottled at cask strength for the Special Releases series.

This maritime edition is decorated with nautical signal flags.

This is bottle number 1752 of 3000.

Talisker was founded in 1830 by Hugh MacAskill and is the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye. The Scottish poet Robert Louis Stevenson described it as 'the king o' drinks', and it is known for its powerful peat smoke and maritime character.
