Description

A bottle of Bols Kummel from the Netherlands. The label reads: This liqueur distilled from the finest Dutch caraway seed is a wonderful digestive, made from a very old recipe of the founder of our firm, established in 1575.

The bottle has two stickers authorising price increases following the annual UK budget. The first sticker was added in November 1947, and the second in April 1948.

We estimate this was bottled in 1946 or 1947.
