Description

A bottle of La Varesina Settebello liqueur from Italian producer Spigolon. We estimate this was bottled in the 1950s.

The label features an image of Settebello, a high-speed express train that linked Milan and Rome in around six hours. At the time of its introduction in 1953, Settebello set a standard of luxury train travel previously unknown in Italy.
