A bottling of 1982 vintage Banff from the Rare Malts selection.

The Rare Malts were a series of cask-strength releases designed by DCL (later to become part of Diageo) to showcase some of the hidden treasures in their portfolio.

Banff distillery closed in 1983, as part of the mass-closures across the industry at the time, and this is the only official bottling released by the distillery.
