Description

A 35cl bottle of Rosebank 14 Year Old. This was distilled on 27 November 1991, matured in a single bourbon barrel, and bottled on 17 March 2006 by Signatory.

Rosebank was a Lowland distillery that operated on the same site from 1840 until it was mothballed in 1993. The whisky produced there typified the light, floral Lowland style, and like some of its neighbours, the whisky was triple-distilled. Jim Murray maintained that Rosebank should be ranked in the top 5 of all Scottish malts.
