A bottle of Grande Cartosa Chartreuse, a herbal liqueur from Italian producer Distillerie Comar. The duty medal indicates that this was bottled between 1947 and 1949.

The label state that this is a litre bottle, but it actually appears to be 70cl.

Please note, other than being a herbal liqueur, this product bears no relation to the Chartreuse produced in France.
