A bottle of Highland Park 27 Year Old Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was distilled on 21 May 1991, matured in a sherry butt and bottled on 12 June 2018 by independent bottler Signatory Vintage for their 30th Anniversary.

This is bottle number 496 of 545; it was bottled from cask number 15086.
