Description

A bottle of Taylor 1963 Vintage Port, selected and bottled by Hedges & Butler, London, W1.

A classic post-war vintage, with Taylor's describing the season as follows: 'a cold Winter was followed by a wet Spring. Christmas Day temperature of -4ºC was one of the lowest for many years.

Please note the bottle does not state any size or ABV but appears to be a 75cl bottle.

Condition

Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note general wear. Please note, the cork is low in the neck by approximately 2-3mm, but appears to be secure. This has leaked in the past but is not currently leaking. Due to the fragility of the cork/closure we recommend this for collection only, and it is shipped entirely at the buyer's own risk.

The Whisky.Auction team has inspected this lot and found it to be suitable for sale.
