Description

A bottle of Taylors 2004 Quinta de Vargellas single quinta port, bottled in 2006 by Taylor, Fladgate & Yeatman.

Quinta de Vargellas is both a very highly regarded estate when released in its own right as a single quinta wine and the key contributor, giving fragrance and tannic backbone, to Taylor's fully-fledged vintage wines. Located in the eastern hills of the Douro valley, its excellent reputation was noted as far back as the 1820s.
