Description

A bottle of 1970 Chateau Lafite Rothschild from Bordeaux's Pauillac appellation.

Château Lafite is ranked as a First Growth under the 1855 Bordeaux Classification and commonly regarded as being the most elegant and refined of them all. Plantings are 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 3% Cabernet France and 2% Petit Verdot. It is a 100 hectare estate.
