A bottle of Bruichladdich Bere Barley 8 Year Old Unpeated Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was distilled in 2010 from barley grown on Weyland & Waterside, Richmond Villa, Skelbister and Northfield farms on Orkney. The bottling code indicates this was bottled in 2019.

Bere barley is said to be the world's oldest cultivated cereal and is perfectly suited the Islay's sandy soils and short growing season.
