Description

A bottle of Barolo Pippione produced in Italy. The accompanying tag suggests the vintage is 1967.

Barolo is required by law to be aged for at least 38 months after the harvest prior to release, of which at least 18 months must be in wood. To gain the classification of Riserva the minimum ageing period prior to release is five years.
