A bottle of Convalmore 24 Year Old, distilled in 1978 and bottled in 2003. This was released as part of Diageo's Rare Malts Selection, a range designed to showcase some of the hidden treasures in their extensive portfolio.

Convalmore was built in 1893, drawing its water and its name from the nearby Conval hills. For most of its life, its output was used in blends and single malt expressions are rarely seen. The distillery was closed and dismantled in 1985.
