A botte of Karuizawa 19 Year Old whisky. This was distilled in 1990, matured in a single sherry butt, and bottled in 2009 at cask strength of 60% ABV for the 10th Anniversary of Whisky Live Japan Magazine.

This is from cask number 6446.
