A bottle of Daftmill Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was distilled in 2009, matured in a single Pedro Ximenez hogshead and bottled in 2020 at 58.6% ABV exclusively for Berry Bros & Rudd.

This is bottle number 272 of 321; it was bottled from cask number 036/2009.

Daftmill is a family-owned farm distillery located in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife. It only operates in the farm's quiet periods, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. The distillery was granted a licence to distil in 2005.
