A bottle of Premium Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky bottled to celebrate Glasgow European City of Culture in 1990, presented in a ceramic decanter with stopper. This was bottled by Douglas Laing & Co.

Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note general wear. The cork is slightly raised by 2-3mm. This has a good fill level and weighs approximately 1.33kg.
