'These malts were donated by Ian Bankier, Chairman of The Whisky Shop Group. 'Loch Fyne Fynest' is a range of their older and rarer expressions - the name comes from the company's acquisition of Loch Fyne Whiskies in Inveraray - and are single cask bottlings. The Ben Nevis 25 Year Old is from a refill hogshead which yielded 289 bottles; the full-bodied Dalmore 12 Year Old, "a muscular Highland malt" was a former winner of The Whisky Shop's Malt of the Year.'
