A bottle of The Dalmore Quintessence Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in five different types of Californian red-wine cask: Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Pinot Noir.
