A bottle of 1990 Bruichladdich 20 Year Old, bottled in 2011 as part of the Micro-Provenance series. This series explores how variables such as cask type, barley variety and storage location impact on the whisky as it matures.

This bottling was distilled in 1990 from Optic barley and matured for 17 years in an ex-bourbon cask. The whisky was then transferred to a cask from the renowned Chateau Margaux for an extra three years of maturation.
