A bottles of Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Aux Perdrix 1999 red Burgundy from producer Domaine des Perdrix. Described by the producer as 'almost a Monopole', given their 99% ownership of the South-east facing 3.45 hectare south-facing site, planted between 1922 and 1955, on predominantly clay soil with some limestone.
